Newcast Story
In Winthrop Massachusetts on Christmas Eve, children run down the stairs in their plaid pajamas to see an event that only happens once a year. Every year there's a parade on the streets. On every street everyone turns off their Christmas lights around their houses to get the whole experience of the parade. As Santa Claus comes down the streets on a firetruck the are bright white lights like stars in the distance, the sound of golden bells, squeaking of tires, clacking hooves on the icy road, and the sounds of joyful cheers of children with the smell of freshly groomed horses through the air. It’s one of their special ways of celebrating Christmas in Winthrop even in rain or deep snow. It means so much to the people of Winthrop and the person who’s pretending to be Santa Claus. It's important to understand the history and cultures of other places to understand the world around us.

I like the way you told every detail and you went deep into you description
ReplyDeletei like how you were every specific with the details like when you were talking about the surroundings and how you should the people's emotions. and you don't have any critiques from me.
ReplyDeletei think you could have added a little more of dialogue but the story is still great
